In order for this equitable and inclusive workplace to exist, we all have to be careful of assumptions and comments we make about each other and in doing so create a better workplace for us all.
It's important to remember that none of us are just one thing. Each of us is a combination of many different aspects of our lives. Be an ally for others by respecting ALL aspects of who they are and what they bring to the workplace. The bottom line is… in the workplace all employees need to be treated with respect.
